Great happy hour This is a great place to go for happy hour. It may be a little tough to get a seat, but it is well worth it. The sushi is great and the drinks are good, too.
I have been to both dinner and happy hour at Dragonfish a few times now, and have had good experiences each time. The atmosphere in the restaurant is casual/dressy (typical Portland), and the bar area, which is separated by the lobby of the Paramount Hotel, is casual. This place has the best sushi, happy hour and service. The kitchen is open so you know what you get. The prices are very reasonable for GOOD sushi. If you want a great place to start your evening (4-6pm for happy hour), I would definately check this place out. My girlfriends and I make a habit of visiting here quite often and no one has complained so far!
BEST Dim-Sum in Portland, hands down! – I went there two weeks ago and had Dim-Sum with my friend. First of all, it's a lot of food!! We picked three small dishes and there was rice, miso soup and edamame that came with it. She had a Mango Lemonade and I had a Thai Iced Tea. Nice hotel bar and restaurant -- great sushi, nice prices, atmosphere is cool and hip, and great sake sampler!
I've been here several times, they have a tasty happy hour menu and fantastic sake martini's!
