I purchased an e bike from this company in 2022. In October 2023, I dropped it off for some repairs. I never heard back. I followed up monthly by phone, and sometimes in person. They do not answer their phone. Eventually, the number I had took me to a directory that was impossible to navigate. My Dad, who has suffered a stroke and just lost his wife, paid 9700$ for a mobility scooter that never was delivered. He paid in full May 02. I have been hounding this owner and he does not respond to calls or texts. Edward James Schijns is a gross individual who preys on the elderly and in need. I will now have to go through the police to see anything out of the money my Dad has paid. Just sad to see it, as my Dad is not in the best of health. Buy product from anywhere other than here.
My wife initially enjoyed her battery powered scooter,it has been a short time, that we have it, never did receive the trunk. Both pedals broke off, now there is no power anywhere the batteries are charged but there’s no power. It just died when she was using it I can’t get a hold of anybody no one will answer calls, not impressed! Update: after a trip to Toronto, and going to the main office on our own. We left there with the trunk and a replacement peddle shaft.
As far as I can tell, this is a fake company. Avoid at all costs. I purchased an e bike from them in 2022. In early 2023, I dropped it off for some repairs. I've never heard back. They're impossible to contact and do not have opening hours posted. I will happily update this review once I have my bike back.
All their property was seaized including my trycycle which was in for repairs.
