I thought they were better. But no. Don’t waste your time or money here. I was sold a bike for $3500.00 just a few years ago, and now it can’t even get a replacement for the battery!!! Just buy a new bike was basically my only option since the battery was quoted for over $700. For a pathetic 48v 10.6 AMP HOUR JOKE OF A BATTERY!! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVING YOUR ULTIMATE INCOMPETENCE ED!
Great experience today. Helpful staff. Friendly. Ordering my new ebike battery. Give these guys a break. Everyone isn’t perfect for every situation. These guys will help you. I recommend dragon e-bikes and I’ve bought 2 scooters and a great ebike lasted so far 5 years and only needs a new battery since new! That’s quality! Great job Ed and staff. I look forward to hearing back from you for the battery.
Was given a quote exactly two weeks ago to replace my batteries in my scooter, today I called to order and was told the price was up. I tried to argue about the quote, this place is a joke, a scam
