Shirley the receptionist is so rude towards patients and trainees! Hangs up mid conversation with patients when she gets frustrated. Constantly emotionally abuses new coworkers that were recently hired. She is THE bully of the office. Owners know about her behavior but won’t do anything about it since she’s their most experienced receptionist. Wouldn’t recommend working here or going here as a patient unless you want to be disrespected by Shirley.

My dad has been dealing with a serous medical issue and Dr. He is definitely the type of doctor to have. He is very kind, professional, and compassionate. He listen to us and is very patient with all the questions we have. He explains things very clearly and answers all our questions. He is a wonderful doctor. 虽然看了网上对这个诊所的评价很不好，但是想到家庭医生开的转诊单是这家诊所，就决定还是过来试着看一下。来之后，因为我的保险是需要支付25元门诊费的，我用我的debit card 去支付，居然被告知他们只收现金，真没想到这位医生都已经挣这么多钱了，居然还要去搞这些大家都懂的玩意儿，你要收现金为什么不早告知我们呢？来之前都已经互相打了两、三个电话了都从不提起。实在是无语啊，难怪说现在我们华人对flushing的大部分华人诊所都感觉很差，实在是太悲哀了… Although I read the poor evaluation of the clinic on the Internet, I decided to come and have a look at it when I thought that the referral form prescribed by the family doctor was this clinic.
