Accompanied my mother for her checkup and came here earlier than the appointed time, asked if it’s okay to do it earlier than planned and got “yes, it’s okay”, as a response. Waited for 3 hours and no call for my mother’s name at all. Appointment is 2:30 and it’s already 3 pm, also had new patients that just arrived got entertained before my mother even though it is already past 2:30. Shirley the receptionist is so rude towards patients and trainees! Hangs up mid conversation with patients when she gets frustrated. Constantly emotionally abuses new coworkers that were recently hired. She is THE bully of the office. Owners know about her behavior but won’t do anything about it since she’s their most experienced receptionist. Wouldn’t recommend working here or going here as a patient unless you want to be disrespected by Shirley.
