A terrible medical experience. irresponsible. I will not see her again. I wouldn't even want to give her a one-star rating.
Thank God all these terrible reviews didn’t ring true. Wait time was approx 20 min. She explained my condition thoroughly, patiently and kindly. Receptionists were also kind and helpful. Great experience.
我今天10:45分的预约 等到了一个多小时 直到11:51分也没有叫到我 我问他们12点我能看上医生吗 他们只告诉我下一个是你 我说我已经得一个多小时了 他们说这边显示只等了48分钟 所以我等了一个多小时在你们这儿只是48分钟 而且48分钟也不是什么事儿 对么！并且他们并没有很多病人等待 一个病人进去到离开五分钟就结束了 可直到另一个病人进去这中间能等十多分钟 很不能理解我们这些有预约的病人时间是玩笑么！ 不要来这里看病 千万不要来 时间在这里不是时间
First time I went to her office I was very nervous , I did have to wait for a while then again what offices you really don’t in NY …Dr Gua explained everything step by step, felt comfortable with her knowledge. And send me to do all required test and more to make sure of everything…she did my surgery and everything went well. In the hospital she came to visit me while my stay to check up on me various times, that Made me even more happy knowing she cares about her patients.
