At the beginning I felt like I was in good hands but going on 6months I'm not sure. I feel like I am an experiment. He listened at the beginning but now, no. My symptoms are being treated for 2 years to see if there are any changes later. Office is a mess...professionally speaking. I was given an appointment via video not to be informed I would have to pay $70, like a regular visit. The only reason I took the appointment is because I was told it was urgent, then to be told not urgent but important due to test results. The pe... read more
Dr. He was so kind and he tried to lessen the fear that I have of dealing with my medical condition. I knew he genuinely cared. I'm so lucky I was referred to him. His medical staff are amazing and on top of everything.
Dr. He spent a lot of time with me today explaining what was causing my problem. Fortunately it was nothing major. He even went beyond by checking me out for balance and other issues due to my age. I was very impressed.
Have not seen him yet because no one answers the phone & does not return calls!
Dr. He is a very nice man but as my doctor I wasn’t impressed. I went to him with a Carotid Artery Dissection and was very frightened. He didn’t explain things very well and was difficult to understand. I had to do most of the research on my own to figure out what was going on. His office staff is extremely unprofessional!!!
I would not recommend the office I was having pain on one side of my head when I lay down. I met with one of the Neurologist, He asked me a few questions and prescribed amitriptyline HCL - a drug for depression and anxiety to take for 30 days! I was in there was only 10 minutes, he did not appear to be interested and a little disoriented. My insurance was charged 491.00 for 10. I told him I am not depressed and requested a cat scan, was told maybe on next visit. Never again!!!!
My 1 Visit to Dr. He was the worst medical experience I have ever had. He was uninterested in what I had to say and misdiagnosed me with a migraine even though I had no family history, it started for the first time at 62 years old, had been continuous, day & night, for 8 weeks & I told him I thought it was a reaction to discontinuing an estrogen medication. He just gave me a bunch of sample meds w/o any directions. Another neurologist cured me in 4 days, after I suffered 2 more months.
A caring Dr who takes time to address your concerns
Staff does not communicate well with patients and they never follow up with a phone call when you call to leave a message. Physician is great, the staff not so great. Appts are not available until almost 1/1/2 - 2 months later.
