Terrible experience with the front desk over the phone. I called to get answers to my unclear doubts regarding my appointment and check-up—isn’t that the basic job of front desk? The lady who answered was rude and had no patience. You could even hear her letting out an impatient sigh over the phone. For anyone who needs to ask questions before their visit, think twice about choosing this place. I will follow up with an updated review based on my in-person visit experience
I was recommended to see 陈逸生医生 (Dr. Yisheng Chen) by my family doctor, my radiologist, and several close friends when I learned that I needed surgery for intraductal papillomas. Today, I want to confirm that their recommendation was absolutely right—陈逸生医生 (Dr. Yisheng Chen) is a very reliable and responsible doctor.
We visited this clinic five times, paying $180 per visit—totaling $900—and left each time with nothing resolved. My wife had to take time off work for every appointment since they don’t offer weekend availability, and all of this was just for a minor procedure that should have been completed in one visit. Every single time, we were met with a different excuse for why the procedure couldn’t be done. If it wasn’t going to be handled, why schedule us at all? I was skeptical before my visit because of the poor reviews. It might be a different team now. The receptionists at the front desk were not rude as mentioned. Instead they were polite, patient when talking to patients. They speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
