I left my pulmonology appt with an order to get a CT. The radiology appt desk was not helpful. The order said it needed to be completed in the same week. The associate in radiology told me it would take more than 10 days to get an authorization from my insurance. So I tried to get it done at Hoag but Hoag wont take the order from mychart and they called the dept and havent received a call back in a week. Makes it difficult to get things done.
I like doctor Yesim Yilmaz. I really like her but her staff is really rude when I make appointments and she make me wait and I asked her what day and she go, like in the middle of conversation, she talked to her colleague while I'm waiting. It's like 2 minutes, 3 minutes and I have to ask her if already done and she like wait and she go back, talk to her colleague again and really rude. I forgot her name. So, please make sure if you're not happy to work there, maybe you should work somewhere else but I really like Dr. Yes.
Doctor and staff always very nice.
Dr was very knowledgeable. I was lucky to get in next day due to a cancellation which was great because my matter was somewhat time sensitive. I was impressed with how short the wait time was and how on schedule the office was. PA was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend the office and doctor
Dr. Demirdag Is the wonderful combination of both the latest medical knowledge and expertise, along with the genuinely caring physician who sees each patient as an individual with individual needs. I am thankful to have such a gifted physician! Plus, her assistant, {staff name removed}, displays that same caring attitude with her friendly, attentive, and helpful listening skills, along with her professional ability to provide needed medical services. Dr. Demirdag and Molly make a perfect team in the world of medicine!!
I need all the allergy testing. Not just the common allergy tests. Also, please include your suite number in your address because it cost me parking costs to find you.
