I have no comments. Everything was top notch
I usually have an excellent experience every visit at the UCI Health Center but at this clinic I did not. The nurse who was helping me was not friendly and a little rude which made my visit uncomfortable.
Very pleasant staff and had a very good first visit with the doctor.
Good
Kind caring physician. Knowledgeable of recent advances in allergy research relevant to my disease. Then showed a willingness to utilize this new information in my treatment plan. I felt I finally found a doctor who could apply modern medicine to my condition, very different from the doctor I had been using.
Saved my wife's life
I showed up an hour early, and Dr. Demirdag was able to see me early and help me progress with key changes to my treatment! She was great!
Thanks to the doctor, who is very kind and professional.
The people who schedule need more training. I was told when I scheduled that this would be a short appt. When I spoke to the nurse, she informed me that it would be a longer appt so it required a last minute schedule change.
