The front desk ladies were nice and the doctor was nice. But then because of the appointment is like 8 a.m. in the morning and then there was traffic and the grace period was15 minutes. And then we got there like maybe 12 minutes late, and then the nurse was like, giving us hard time, like, saying, we need to reschedule, but because the allergy situation, we need to see the doctor right away.
