Muy mal servicio con las llamadas virtuales nunca cumplen con las horas prevista con el médico
Horrible horrible place no one at front desk they dont their head from their behind. They are too cheap to send bills the person who answers the phone is not intelligent enough to advise you off the balance then they want to mysteriously demand payment… they refuse to send prescriptions to pharmacy without charging another office vist…they are cutting corners to save money and blaming their patients…
Wait times are always ridiculously long. They take forever to send medications, and when they do, it’s the wrong medication. Not a fan of this office. The providers are nice, at least.
La atencion siempre ha sido excelente. Pero en particular mi medico era la np Dairelys Sardina. Pero me dicen que ya no trabaja alli y tampoco tienen razon de donde esta.
Quiero dejarles saber la atención que recibimos mi esposo y yo, del Doctor Juan Carlos Soto, muy profesional, domina muy bien su profesión, es dedicado y excelente médico.
