He sido paciente durante años pero he de decir que la calidad del servicio ha caído muchísimo. Ya es la segunda vez que me pasa: me dan cita para la oficina de Miramar y resulta que el día de la cita la oficina está cerrada y me remiten a la de Weston. ¿Por qué repiten estos mismos errores una y otra vez?.
A year ago I rated this facility 5 stars. Now 1. Horrible service ! Very incompetent. You schedule a virtual consultation and they don’t care about your time. They were 30 minutes late TWICE, no one apologized and acted like nothing happened. The second time I got reschedule the airhead of scheduler you have put me in for an IN PERSON consultation instead of a virtual consultation.
Pésimo servicio, estuve esperando más de 40 minutos para recoger mis exámenes migratorios, no me los pudieron dar a pesar de yo haber llamado tres horas antes para confirmar. Cabe recalcar que Espere la semana de espera.
I had my first visit with Dr. Carlos Romero, and I was extremely impressed. He was attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. His assistant, Christie, was wonderful—very professional and helpful with my blood work and all the orders. Heidy at the front desk also provided excellent service and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
