If I could give zero stars I would. I called to make an appointment for my husband and was informed that the Doctor does not see anyone who isn't vaccinated for Covid-19. Completely ridiculous and outdated policies. You lost a potential patient.
Dr. Erlich is a very professional, soft spoken man who asked questions and listened to my answers. He explained the course of treatment he was advising me about and took time to answer any questions I had. I look forward to my future appointments with him.
I very much like Dr. Erlich, but I have had issues with the responsiveness of the staff.
I have no complaints about the doctor, but his staff is absolutely horrendous. They have threatened to commit illegal actions against me for needing to reschedule an appointment in the past and when they make a mistake, they place the blame on the patient. If the doctor changed his staff, this would be a good review, but because of them the practice gets 1 star.
