Not a good experience. Was a patient for 13+ years and tolerated the less than friendly/professional staff. They cancelled a telemedicine appointment for me in 2020 and never rescheduled. Called In March of 2024 to make an appointment and was told I would have to get a referral from my doctor. My doctor sent a referral and they refused it as I was “non compliant”. Glad to be going to another doctor.
Horrible experience. My friend had a double lung resection, and had some insurance issues after the first one. They cancelled his second surgery so he asked "would you let me die over insurance" well the insurance issue was cleared up and surgery scheduled. After the second resection he was banned from the office less than a week after the surgery.
