Dr. Adsit was the best orthopedic surgeon. Wish he hadn't retired.

Dr. Adsit sure knows what he does. I had knee surgery (meniscus tear) and all the staff specially the anesthesiologist and the Dr. Adsit made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I am on my way to recovery and I would totally recommend Dr. Adsit to a family member.

I have been seeing Dr Adsit since 2008 from my very first visit I was TOTALLY comfortable with him. His pain management is excellent.I always felt he was a very compassionate person and was always in the best interest of me. During office visits he always gave me all the time I needed to get info or for him to educate me on my rotator cuff repairs. I have been seen by Dr. Adsit for different injuries over the past 5 years. In all of the years that I have been seen by physicians, he is one who will always remain in my memory. His care has been excellent and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions, address any concerns that I may have, and explain procedures. I trust him completely with my care and would recommend him and his staff highly to friends.

Dr. Adsit did an excellent job rebuilding my right shoulder. He may not have the best personality, but his work and pain management was top notch. I don't know what other's are ****ing about !?!My shoulders-each operated on by different doctors, had exactly the same injuries. Impingement, rotor cuff tears, sockets needed to be scraped, you name it, it was wrong. Bone had to be cut and removed. Dr. Adsit is a nice enough guy but COI seems like it is an orthopedic factory. get as many patients in and out in as little time as possible. I regularly showed up on time for my appointments and spend on avg. 20-30 min waiting to be seen. Once he did come in and see me he spent less than 5 min actually examining me. He gives no time for asking questions and his expertice it questionable at best. A simple Google search proved his medical advice wrong. Cartilage does not in fact heal(at least very quickly). although at times I was unsure of his bedside manner, and then after knowing him, I realized he was somewhat shy. He is the best surgeon I know. I would have any one of my family members have surgery by him/

DR ADSIT DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO GO OVER MY SYMPTOMS, HE DIDN'T WISH TO SPEND ANY TIME ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS I HAD AFTER BEING TOLD I NEEDED TWO KNEE REPLACEMENTS. I GOT MORE INFORMATION FROM HIS NURSE. HE TOLD ME I COULD GET INJECTION IN MY KNEE AND THEM HANDED ME A LEAFLET AND THEM LEFT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HIS SURGICAL SKILLS ARE BUT I LEFT WITHOUT ANY CONFIDENCE IN HIM

Staff appears helpful until you start needing answers. Surgical team was excellent, but followup was superficial. When called after surgery to see how I was recovering, got runaround on needing alternate pain meds. When RX was finally called in, directions said "to use for pain in neck as needed", even though surgery was elsewhere and was the nurses rude way of suggesting I was a pain in her neck.
