Dr. Mook was attentive, courteous, friendly, and professional. It was immediately apparent that he knew what he was doing and could explain my issues to me in an understandable way. He did not make me feel rushed and I felt like I’d had a thorough diagnosis by the time I left. Treatment is not yet over, so I can’t say with certainty that his diagnosis and treatment plan are effective, but he seemed confident that it would solve my problems.
Professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue right away. He is easy to talk to and friendly.

There was no wait time. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out In about 45 mins. Dr Mook was very thorough, answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all.
Dr. Mook, is straightforward and very pleasant. He’s extremely knowledgeable regarding my shoulder injury. He was also respectful regarding expenses after I told him that I have a $7000 deductible as a self-employed individual (which is very annoying - thank you Obama). So he did a procedure and said but let’s see how that works before we go to the next step.
From my first meeting with Dr Mook, when I was in great pain due to a fractured shoulder, he impressed me and my husband. He explained in detail the results of the xrays and CT scan, and presented options to deal with the injury. I opted for surgery as it would best help me restore full range of motion.
