I myself would never use Dr. Grant again, nor would I refer him to my worst enemy. I made the mistake of taking my daughter to see him purely out of convenience and location. Huge mistake as this is clearly nothing more than a money making operation. As a matter of fact, we are still being sent invoices on charges that were already paid for and this has been going on for 17 months now. I had gone into his office with horrible pain in both heels. His daughters (it is a family run business) took X-rays of my heels. About an hour or so later, I met Dr. Grant. He spoke with me very briefly and I was left to wait in his examining room for about 45 minutes with no explanation of what my X-rays revealed. The door was left opened so that anyone who walked by could see in my room. I was then told I would need to move to another room where I was given a series of painful shots in my heels. Staff and Drs.were very nice and helpful at first.Dr. Grant admitted me into local hospital for posible infected foot.I spent over 19 hours in the ER and he never came to see me once the whole time I was in the hospital(4 days).I made numerous calls to his office asking to speak to him but was never allowed to speak to him or his associate.His assistant finally came once after I begged for help.I needed help because most of my medications had been changed or stopped.I needed help getting them fixed.Then they refused to see m... read more
