While his office staff is nice and his emergency availability is a plus I have to say his ability to take your concerns seriously is lacking. Having pain for several months was just pushed off as TMJ, which a specialist determined I dont have and resulted in a dental infection worsening over 2 years. After changing dentist many issues were finally managed and diagnosed correctly.
Dr. William Eick is an excellent dentist My family and I have been going to Dr. Eick for many years after a friend recommended him. He is friendly and professional and has made himself available when I’ve had a dental emergency. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

We have been patients of Dr. Eick for over 35 years ! Through the years we have had many procedures. Dr Eick keeps up with the latest equipment and methods. He takes time to explain the procedures and your options. His staff is friendly, knowledgable and they make you feel relaxed. You see many dental clinics popping up, but this office is more intimate, allowing for a more personal attention with Dr Eick being the primary dentist. Well, I was a client for about 3 years and very happy with the work done. I am complaining about the administrative handling. I got a verbal quote of $ 700.00 for fillings and cleaning what turned out over $ 1400.00 after the work got done. I told the lady at the reception that this is not what she told me and at that point she responded that the insurance is maxed out for 2016 and they won't pay any of this portion. I ended up paying all ! This was for me and my wife the last visit
