I was so happy about my office visit with Dr. Andersen and his staff! I was called in on time and had time to discuss any questions they and I had before getting x-rays. Dr. Andersen clearly explained the issue I had with my shoulder. I had previous PT and was now doing home PT and was still having pain. I was thinking that I would need a surgical solution at this time but Dr. Anderson said to give it two months to see if my pain lessens or goes away and then, depending on how things go, we will take it from there. Dr Anderson was everything you could ask for with an initial visit. Took his time to listen, talk about options, and was thoughtful with understanding my lifestyle and and discussed things to consider moving forward. He spent sufficient time with me and never acted rushed to move to the next patient.
Had a great experience with Dr. Andersen and all of the staff at the SE Cary Orthopaedic branch. Dr. Andersen was personable, attentive and helped me reach a comprehensive game-plan on how I should go about handling my injury. Overall, had a great visit and it was gratifying to have a doctor that genuinely cares about my recovery. I’d definitely recommend everyone to see Dr. Andersen because I know he’ll be the first person I consult for any injuries in the future
