I had my first appointment with Dr Phillips today and I was very impressed. He doesn't beat around the bush, he is straight up and to the point and listens to what you are saying. He is thorough in his explanation pertaining to your specific issue, he out lines the up side and down side of any treatment you may have . I couldn't be more pleased with a doctor.
Developed a strong feeling of confidence and sincerity on my first visit with Dr. Phillips. Clearly he cares and is willing to invest deeply in the health of his patients. He took all the time necessary to answer questions and build my confidence in the outcome.The TKR surgery went well ( 11 days after I am pain free in the knee!!) and recovery has been much less unpleasant than expected.
Dr. William Phillips III performed knee replacement surgery for me and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Phillips is totally professional, courteous, and takes time with his patients, as needed. He explained everything to expect, and the follow-up appointments after surgery were very helpful. He recommended to take out-patient Physical Therapy, not in home, and that was the best advice I could have had. Nurse Julie was always available, and the entire team at TMF Hospital were great.
Dr Phillips literary saved my knee. Wonderful caring physician . Highly recommend him. Best orthopedist.
Would give him ten stars if allowed. I really needed a knee replacement badly Dr Phillips eased my concerns about the surgery and recovery , all went well with rehab. was back at work in 5 weeks have no pain at all so happy that I can do all things I love. Thank You Dr. Phillips and to your great staff.
Never had surgery before. The experience with Dr. Phillios and his team at Christus Trinity Mother Francis was excellent - went in at 12 noon, had surgery at 2PM and was discharges at 2PM the next day!
I had two knee replacements in 2018 and recommend Rick Phillips highly. I sailed through with no problems, had wonderful PT in the Canton facility and feel Dr. Phillips is an excellent surgeon. His nurse Julie is the best also....
Dr Phillips cleaned up the mess from another surgeon, knee replaced. Great job very professional and there is no nurse as great as his nurse Miss Julie !! Wish he did shoulders but going on his recommendation things will be fine. Would recommend him always for family and friends.!.
I received excellent care through the complete surgical process and beyond. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone!
