Friendly and caring staff. Seen on time. Information concerning my teeth and guns explained. Very pleased.
My first visit to Dr. Lacey’s office left me with an excellent impression. Beautiful, modern office. Professional staff. Each staff member I had contact with explained procedures well and were gentle and thorough. I felt as though I was in great hands!
Always exceptional. Friendly from entering to leaving the office. Punctual every time I've been in. Very knowledgeable and forthright and kind, with good explanations of what issues need to be addressed promptly, what need to be monitored, and what is being done during procedures (from cleanings to crowns to extractions). Always leave feeling good, both physically and mentally, which is not something I ever thought I would say about a dental office. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Lacey and his team here in Durango.
One of the best dentists in Durango. He is remarkably gentle and patient in his approach. He gives the patients options but always has the patient’s health in mind. I’ve been going to him for over a decade and will never go anywhere else. Durango is lucky to have him.
I was dreading finding a new dentist since moving to Durango. I have always had my teeth cleaned every 6 months and had not been to one for close to 2 years because of the pandemic. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Lacey and his team. Courtney was terrific and made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dr Lacey met me after and reviewed my X-rays and notes that Courtney had made. So I’m back to my typical 6 month dental cleaning and feeling good.
Really makes me feel heard and seen. He even saved me from expensive unnecessary work when he could otherwise make money off me.
Had a crown replaced and everything went as planned. The replacement was done in one visit and I was able to eat and drink afterwards.
Courtney is the new hygienist from Florida and I liked how thorough and educational she was Dr Lacey is always a pro and helps me w my opti sleep .. I love that device !’
I had to have a crown done. What was great was the fact that I could have it done in one visit. The staff was very friendly, yet professional. Dr. Lacey also was professional, yet careful of how I was feeling and doing. The staff made sure I was comfortable through the entire process.
