Been there twice. Never anyone at the front desk. Spent maybe a total of two minutes with the dentist. Hygienist delivered the two most painful cleanings I've ever experienced. I thought the first time was a one-off. Went back four months later. Even worse experience. No thank you.
Dentist was absent, didn't perform exam after cleaning (standard); no front office staff, just a sign; hygienist was rough, unfriendly and cleaning was hurried (20 minutes tops). Worst dental office ever.
What truly made my experience exceptional was the fantastic staff. The friendly faces at the front desk greeted me with genuine smiles, setting the tone for what was to come. The highlight of my visit was, undoubtedly, the teeth cleaning session with Courtney. She exhibited a level of expertise that instantly instilled confidence.
