Dr. Lacey and staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and kind.
Been there twice. Never anyone at the front desk. Spent maybe a total of two minutes with the dentist. Hygienist delivered the two most painful cleanings I've ever experienced. I thought the first time was a one-off. Went back four months later. Even worse experience. No thank you.
Dentist was absent, didn't perform exam after cleaning (standard); no front office staff, just a sign; hygienist was rough, unfriendly and cleaning was hurried (20 minutes tops). Worst dental office ever.
