Dr.Roeske communicates, he ask all the questions he need to ask, and communicate his findings and suggestions. He's thorough and he makes sure you understand what is going on and his suggestions. I have been going to Dr Roeske a few years now, and never once have I had a problem or concern about his knowledge, suggestions, or his care for my eyesite. Always professional. I appreciate the old school service. Wouldn't change to anyone else. Top knotch!
I feel something is off. I have had to many appointment changes and not as comfortable as I was in the beginning of my cataract journey. My latest questions I feel were given stock answers.
Very thorough with exam and explanation of results
Dr. Smith was very thorough in his examination and was also very good at explaining the different things that may be going on with my eye. I was very impressed with his communication skills.
I saw Dr. Smith for post-op on a pterigium surgery. He explained everything complete with photos of my eye. He told me the surgeon had done a great job and healing was progressing well. I gave a star off because of the long wait time.
Never had such personal, informative attention from any Doctor before. Felt like I was his one and only patient. Hope Dr. Smith never retires. Appreciate his concern for my health.
