Called Dr Watts on a Friday afternoon. They had no one available until Saturday morning, but was assured that the service charge was $69.00, which seem reasonable, so I did not call any other electric company. When the electrician got here, however, he informed me that the minimum charge would be $286.00, because he would have to do a diagnostic.
