Dr. Williams treated me for cancer of the vocal cords. He told me what to expect and had me hooked up with another oncologist for pain management and then physical therapy. His staff is friendly and well-trained. Although he was very much in demand, he always saw me as scheduled and never rushed things. Very happy to recommend him.
Dr. Williams recommended and gave me 5 weeks of radiation together with another treatment to destroy my prostate cancer tumor. Tumor is gone and my PSA is undetectable. Thanks a lot for saving my life.
I highly recommend Dr. Williams as a radiation oncologist. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job preparing me for my 7 week (35 round) radiation treatment on my throat and neck. He accurately updated me on all the various side effects I could expect during and after treatment, which really helped me anticipate and prepare for my care. His staff greeted me each morning by name and made sure all my needs and upcoming appointments were taken care of. I would highly recommend him.
I can’t say enough to express my gratitude to Dr. Williams. He saved two family members…one with lung cancer, and another with metastatic breast cancer. He is the best, AND his personality and great sense of humor compliment his knowledge and expertise. Awesome Doctor.

Dr. Williams treated me for both Prostate and Jaw cancers. I had a total of 69 treatments over a 3-1/2 month period. It was a very trying time for me and my family. I have been a patient of Dr. Wilfred Hamilton Williams since October 2018. I received six weeks of radiation therapy for throat cancer at the Northside Hospital facility on Johnson Ferry Road in Atlanta, and have been seeing Dr. Williams periodically since that time for follow-up examinations.
