Before I had no range of motion in my shoulder rotator cuff was severely damaged now after surgery I have full range of motion it's been a long time since I had this motion .I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs this. Type of surgery done excellent staff and Dr Alexander is top shelf thank you so much

Dr. Perler is very thorough and caring. He discusses all the options available. He is very genuine and approachable. His staff is excellent, very efficient and sweet. My pain was managed very well and my recovery was better than I hoped for. I went from being in pain all the time to being able to do whatever I want again. This surgery changed my life. I would recommend Dr. Perler very highly .

Dr. Penello is an extremely pleasant and thorough Doctor. He makes you feel very Comfortable and explains everything in detail for you to easily understand . I would highly recommend Dr. Penello to anyone.

Dr was wonderful, Trish in p.t. was super, Matt p.t showed me the ropes...feel 95% better since surgery and p.t. so far Much better experience than anticipated!
