Dr. Penello is the best! He treats you with respect and is a great doctor. He has treated me for trigger finger on both hands with a successful outcome. Staff communicates with the patient very well.
Dr. Perler replaced my right ankle in November, 2016. I haven't walked this well and pain free since the accident that broke my ankle in 1981. He is very compassionate and wants nothing but the best result for his patients. I heartily recommend him for any ankle problems such as mine.
Dr Alexander was able to give a proper diagnosis. Other doctors could not. The outcome of my surgery was great.I highly recommend him.

I recently had an MRI on Left shoulder at Dr.Alexander's Largo Office and I cannot tell you how incredibly professional both Sheila and Lisa are and how comfortable they made me feel. I have claustrophobia and because of them I was able to get through it with no problem. Very impressive! And not to mention how Lisa bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule.! Lastly, I would Iike to recommend Alexander orthopedics to anyone in need of care, They are the best!!
