Dr Daniel is one in a million and I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants good care. Thanks to him and his staff I have full use of my hand. He is an awesome Doctor!
Saw an immediate improvement and the pain was minimal. Excellent postoperative care and physical therapy. Would never consider having joint replacement elsewhere. And I now have two good shoulders.
Everyone that works with Dr. Alexander is the best in the business. I travel from Venice Fl. Just to see Dr. Alexander. I wouldn't trust my body to anyone but Dr. Alexander and his associates. They were able to put me ( humpy dumpy) back to gether again. My highest praise for everyone at Alexander and associates. I would recommend them to everyone.

My experience was great! I had a knee replacement 6 years ago with another provider and there is no comparison! At one month post op I am farther along in rehab than I was at 3 months with the other knee. The office is efficient, with caring responsive, knowledgeable and professional staff. I cannot say enough about Dr. Perler and his staff. Their expertise and attention to healing shows in their care and treatment. I would recommend them to anyone requiring Orthopaedic care.
This visit today was my last after having my total knee replacement and allowing me to go back to my regular work duties as a groundskeeper after only 3 months! I chose to have my surgery at the SurgCenter NE as an outpatient and went home the same day. I had my partner at home to take care of me and my needs. I would recommend the outpatient experience over staying at the hospital anytime. If you are a candidate for this type of outpatient surgery, do it by all means, it is not as tough as you think!
