I initially went to her in my mid 20's and after a very quick visit, maybe 15 to 20 min (where she only saw me for about 5 min - the rest I was filling out paperwork and answering a quick survey), she diagnosed me and prescribed me medication. This was my first time ever going to a psychiatrist so I didn't know what to expect. I thought this was normal. I paid $400 for the visit and didn't feel great about the initial experience. I only visited her office on one occasion because other than that, I was relegated to phone appointments. Bottom line, is that my experience was that she was extremely unreliable, in terms of returning calls in a timely fashion. This is despite the fact that on numerous occasions I made it abundantly clear to her that I was in the verge of running out of meds. I wouldn't wish the experience that I had upon anyone else.
Stands patients up, doesn’t reply, slow to refill medications and is extremely rude and condescending.
Horrible Dr. Viviana Suaya ignores emails, phone calls, my daughter is constantly running out of medication which is dangerous and can cause seizures. Terrible patient care!
This “doctor” is rude and judgmental to her patients. Does not return urgent phone calls, ignores her patients and leaves them without medication that is absolutely necessary to their wellbeing. This woman must be stopped! Take away her license!!!
No bedside manner. Blew off an appointment. Blew off the follow up phone call after she missed the appointment. Knew NOTHING about me even though she has worked with me for months. (She didn’t know what I did for a living or what medicines I take? The medicines she prescribed? Seriously?)
She is really bad. Doesn’t ask anything about me or try to get to know me as a person. Like some of the other reviews said, she got the money questions out of the way first. She acted exactly like a robot. She asked 2 questions, and then had a really difficult time making conversation, and you could tell she just wanted to be in and out. Late to appointment. First appointment was for her to ask about money rather than my health needs. Rude, inconsiderate, short tempered.
Forgot my name multiple times, never remembered my symptoms, raised her voice at me when all I wanted to do was express the negative side effects of the medication she prescribed for me. I urge you to not visit this incompetent doctor.
