I recently was seeing Dr. Hobayan for treatment for 3 different types of arthritis and yes there were times the wait time is over excessive. Then I decided to go elsewhere to be treated and found out no one else cares like she does. Now my journey it to go back to her and get the treatment i started with.
The main lady working the front desk is rude. Not polite at all without any kind social skills to a point that i stopped seeing my doctor here. I dont know if there is more than one lady working the desk. But anytime i call or go in its the same disrespectful and rude woman. When i called years later to make a new appointment. It is still the same rude lady who was extremely nasty and disrespectful on the phone so much so i hung up. I've been seeing Dr. Vivian for 6 or 7 years. I was referred by my family Dr after nothing he tried was working. I am so happy with Dr. Vivian because she has worked on my case and found out what works and what doesn't. Yes, I've had to wait in the waiting room for too long. Is it worth it? DEFINITELY!! She always takes as long as needed with me and answers all my questions. I am so happy that she practices close to me.
Edit- after 3 years of going to Dr. Hobyan I have upped my stars to 5. She is always smiling and easy to talk. She is also very efficient and knowledgeable. Definitely a great Doctor and person. Ordered blood work and found conditions and deficiency's that no other Dr would test for. Yes, the wait can be a few hours but she is the best Rheumatologist in the area. Very caring and nice.
