He is absolutely the most sweetest kindest Doctor that I have met in many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He answers every question that you have and he makes you feel very comfortable and well cared for. He’s the best!
First I was greeted with his friendlyoffice staff. I noticed the Medical Assistants each wore a badge with their name on it. I love knowing who I am speaking with and I don’t have to remember since they were a very visible name badge. This is a good start to great customer service! I did not have my physical insurance card but had it in the app so I just had to write the member ID and group # on the office form that was good enough. My insurance was verified. Dr. Chhiap is an excellent doctor and an excellent dermatologist. He treated our daughter for acne when she was in high school, making her extremely happy! (It has not returned, despite being a stubborn case.) He treated me for ectopic dermatitis, and it has not returned. He is deeply knowledgeable and well-trained, super friendly, and easy to talk to. Dr. Chhiap is an excellent Doctor! He was so friendly, professional, personable and as an added bonus, has a great sense of humor. He reassured us, and made us feel so comfortable and relieved, with his explanations. He took his time to listen and explain things very thoroughly and was in no rush to spend as much time as we needed to answer our many questions and concerns.
