Dr. Rankins has an exceptional bedside manner. Calm, cool, collect yet practical and straightforward with diagnosis and treatment options. Highly recommend her service and the staff at Eagle.
I have never had anything less than a great visit to this practice. Both doctors and all staff I've seen have been respectful and receptive to patients' needs and feedback. Dr. Rankins has always been both sensitive to and incredibly patient with my anxiety, and I can't thank the staff enough for the excellent care I've received.
Very thourough and helpful
Dr Rankin is very impressive and has a great patient-doctor demeanor. She is thorough in discovery of cause-effect process relative to illness. Outstanding physicians. Most are at Eagle-Guilford College.
I am always nervous about going to the doctor because I don't know what some of my numbers are going to be. I decided to face my fears and see what I need to do to work towards a healthier life. I was pleasantly surprised and now know what I need to work on. The doctor was very pleasant and understanding and offered up good suggestions for my issues. I will continue to enjoy a professional relationship with Eagle and Dr. Rankins.

annual visit - had xray of my collar bone and clavicle. Everyone who I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Did not have to wait long in the waiting area.
Dr. Rankins and her assistant were very professional and caring. I felt very much at ease with both of them. I never felt rushed to speak about my problems or be done with my exam. I felt I was heard and well cared for.
Quick and easy. Dr. Rankins is very supportive of my progress.
