My visit was handled very professionally. The ladies at the front desk were kind and very concerned about the reason for my visit as well as my safety. They are always friendly and eager to help! My overall experience was excellent! My primary physician, Dr. Koirala, was genuinely concerned about my physical and mental welfare, and very professional. He talked candidly about my condition and my medications. The staff was very friendly and very and helpful.

Everything went well
Reception staff was friendly and professional. Wait time was very acceptable. Papers were mailed ahead of time which made it easier. Nurses were efficient. One lab result was delayed, but when I inquired about it, results were quickly forwarded. Doctor was thorough answering all questions and addressing any concerns. Doctor is exceptional!
