I always get great medical treatment from Dr. Victoria Rankins. Tiffinae, whom I met for the first time during my first annual Medicare exam, is excellent! I felt comfortable asking questions and raising concerns.
Doctor Rankins was very professional and spoke to me about health concerns and ways for me to improve my overall health. Tiffany (her assistant) was very friendly and encouraged me to get all the tests I need as I have been putting them off.
As always, the staff was great! It was easy to get a sick appointment.
My experience at Dr. Rankins MD office is always exceptional. Kind, friendly, courteous, staff. I appreciate most of all, the patience Dr. Rankin shows, she’s never gives the impression, she’s in a rush to move on, but listens to things that are of concern to me.
Staff was very helpful and quick, from the receptionist to the nurse and all the way through checkout. Doctor Rankin is always very thorough and takes time to talk to me, and she always listens. I also had blood work done and those nurses never hurt me or leave me with bruises.
