They did an Amazing job on my sons root canal. He didn't feel a thing.
Terrible experience.
Incredibly self righteous staff and no respect for patient’s time. This practice changed the time of an appt I had for 5-6 months, last minute. I told them I could not accommodate their change. Their the person hygenic accused me of being late. It seems she thought 3:24pm came after 3:30pm. Has the standard for telling time changed? Additionally, this office failed to get insurance approved in the 5-6 months they had available then repeatedly called disrupting other meetings & appointments. Extra care and attention!! Great dentist I highly recommend!!!
Dr Webb and her entire staff are the best! My crown became loose in May 2023 while working out of town about two years after installation (it was my fault as I completely forgot eating sticky candy is not recommended) and after a local dentist in Massachusetts gave me a runaround, Dr. Webb's staff immediately scheduled a visit and quickly took care of everything in perfect order. Thanks again for over 15 years of excellent care as the entire team at Homewood Family are simply the best in Birmingham!!!
