Phenomenal staff I have had to have two teeth extracted, both times the dentist did such a great job I didn't even need the pain meds prescribed. They are always friendly and treat you like family. The wait is sometimes a little long but seeing all the rating you can see why they are loved. I moved an hour and a half 8 months ago and still drive back to Bay City for my dental work, I always will because they have always done such a great job with my family and myself.

I must say that in my years of needed dental work this office has gone out of their way to help me! They have got me in when it was an emergency and have done as much work as possible for the cheapest amount of money and that is something I can tell is a core belief not only with them but myself as well. I've been going to bay city dental for years with mixed results until this fall when I went in. They have a new dentist that was goo, the lady's were great and there payment collection changed for the better. I was impressed and will be returning if they reminded my the spring😅

I was so impressed with the staff at your office. The receptionists were friendly, and then the nurse and dentist were caring and compassionate. Made sure I was relaxed (because I am normally petrified of the dentist) and as pain free as possible. I had a tooth pulled and everyone couldn't have been any better😆I am now making this office our new family dentist and will recommend them to everyone. Definitely 5 stars....would give more if I could!! 100% satisfied
