I really love going to Bay City Dental, and this is because they take great care of you during your visit and work with you in many different situations! The staff and dentists are very kind and do not judge at all. This is where my family goes and will continue going too for all of our dental needs!
My molar tooth broke and I called and made an appointment for the 19th and thought I could tolerate the pain until then. I learned my lesson very well, I called the office Tuesday and the office staff got me in right away Wednesday. Found out it was my wisdom tooth, was worried it was going to be a couple of hours to get it out, Dr. Kais got it out lighting fast. The Staff is very friendly and awesome. Dr. Kais is amazing. 🤗☺️
Very good first visit. The doctor and staff were extremely helpful and professional. I am a poor patient when it comes to a dentist, but the doctor was patient and did an excellent job of taking care of me. Very calm and relaxed about my next appointment.
Had all my teeth extracted. Everyone in office was very nice to me. Highly recommend their office.
Nice reception. Very professional. Clean and orderly. On time. Like the pre visit on-line forms and pre and post texts, email. Procedures went as explained. I'll be returning as long as I'm in Bay City or close by.
My experiences here have always been great..all staff are very friendly..and Dr.Kase is awesome!!

Had severe tooth pain and called them shortly after 8am. I was an unknown person to them and not a patient here before this (I am now!). At 10:00am I was walking out of the office after having a badly abscessed and cavity filled tooth removed. Had medical issues to deal with (type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure medication) but the staff and Dr. Kais were sensational. Even made an appointment for a cleaning before leaving.
