I had to have 4 teeth, including 2 wisdom teeth extracted. I was terrified. I had never had teeth pulled or even any heavy dental work done before. It took Dr Kais only 20 minutes from when he walked into the room to when I got to leave. I was well numbed before the procedure and the only thing I felt was some slight pressure. Him and the assistant kept checking that I was comfortable. All my family was surprised at how quickly he was able to get all the teeth out, and I am too. Please don't have your patients wait outside starting to be warm they can wait in their cars with the air running. The doctor's office had us wait in the car and call him when we get there someone comes out and talks to you if you the form to fill out and tell you to come in and 5 minutes it work great
Me and my grandkids love going to the Dentist now that we found you. My grandson was so afard of his last Dentist. But he love to go to the Bay City Dental. Thank you guys for making his life less stressful an mine lol. Cant wait until we can come back in. Stay safe all see ya soon.

I have been to a few different Dentist's. but BAY CITY DENTAL is by far the #1 Dentist here in BAY CITY, THE CHAIR SIDE MANNER is great they explain everything as to what they are doing. And are quick and gentle in the procedure . They also are my grandchildren's Dentist and are even better with kid's
Ive been in the office when it is very busy and when it is very quite and i am always treated well by staff and thw dentist.
