I wouldn't have a job at the shipyard if I didn't get pain management from here
I am able to get a NEW patient appointment within a week. The staff was great.

Dr Tsang really came thru for me.
2012 I had a work injury. After 2 failed back surgery still suffered lower back pain and unable to get proper treatment about 6 years. Doctor refer me to different specialist and I felt lost hope.2018 I was referred to PainStop. They spend time and understand my back condition. Ordered a new MRI and created a treatment plan with my concern. I am able to enjoy life more than before. Sometime I can do what I enjoy. Thanks to this clinic. They give me hope again!
Chritie, NP is wonderful. She is very patience to listen to my back problem. I am very satisfied by her caring character. I am glad to have her as my doctor! Waiting time has been improved greatly. People are so nice. All I can said is Thank you! Social distance rules are straight in the clinic. Everyone has to ware mask. They keep those chairs wiped every day after use. Provide mask for patient too!
I've read some mixed reviews about Dr Tsang and his staff. This was my first visit, and I thought they were fantastic! The wait was a little long, but everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the girl working in the lab, then the nurse and Dr Tsang himself were very polite, friendly and empathetic. I actually spent more time with the nurse (Melinda) than I did w Dr Tsang, and I thought she was phenomenal. Dr . Veronica is an exceptional provider. She actually goes the extra mile to listen to the patients concerns and address the emotional aspects of being chronically ill . Thank you for being such a through and thoughtful provider. I highly recommend Dr. Tsang and his staff.
I appreciate Dr. Tsang for years of good care. Sometimes, there are long waits, but it's never a big issue for me. His staff is outstanding and I do not mind waiting for someone who truly cares for my health.
