I have read Dr Green report after leaving. The information he had given was false and the previous doctors was false an easy copy and paste. He states I demanded to be seen when it was his nurse who stated that Dr Green wanted to see me ASAP and when I had got there, his nurse Patricia sent me straight to the back.
