Had a bad experience with a therapist there, called to cancel following appointments. Gave brief reason because I just want to get the cancellation over with. Gets blamed for reason as if the therapist is infallible. Have many years of seeing mental health specialist during my worst moments in my life, and I have never experienced such a robotic cookie cutter and client blaming bs situation in all my life. Just the facts. Creative liberties were taken with professional documents without care to fact check. Although I did find Jane's specific counseling to be helpful I hope I never find myself at that place ever again. All credibility went out the window for me with that place and their abilities to actually make a difference. I have been going to Dr Townsend and Associates for a while now. I see Dr Jane I don't really know how to spell her last name but she is helping me.
