I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tulchinsky, DDS and Dr. Vainer, DMD for many years. They have consistently provided excellent service. I’ve had several procedures as well as regular cleanings and I’ve experienced friendly, top-notch management of all my needs.

Incorrect and false claims were filed to my insurance company. I could not file appeal since more than 180 days elapsed from the day of filed claim. He insisted on a new crown, when I did not even needed one, assuring me that I have money left from my insurance for current year, However he intentionally hold the crown till next year to install in my mouth so he will file the claim in the next year.
