They listened to everything I was telling them, and showed a attention to detail. The waiting room and offices here are not fancy, but adequate.

I realize that doctors see horrible things everyday and that they are desensitized to them but I am not. When someone tells me I may have something cancerous on my body, I would like a little empathy. I don't need my hand held but I would prefer Dr. Colonna not give me the news, look annoyed when I ask him any questions about it and then got out of the room as fast as possible.
