They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Just as a side note, Right near Rte 60 just west f downtown. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough
I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their medixa assistamt was not friendly but obnoxios on the phone. They were too argumentative and angry on the phone. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The doctor appeared as though he didn.t look at the chart before he saw me. He prescribed generic medication even though he previously prescribed brand name medication, thereby duplicating what I already had. He persisted on just... read more
