I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their medixa assistamt was not friendly but obnoxios on the phone. They were too argumentative and angry on the phone. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. The doctor appeared as though he didn.t look at the chart before he saw me. He prescribed generic medication even though he previously prescribed brand name medication, thereby duplicating what I already had. He persisted on just... read more

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Dr. Colonna is board certified that tells me he knows what he's doing, and that's confidence-building. Both he and his staff are very personable, and professional. I like that. I can show up, get to business, then get-on with my day, and know that Dr. Colonna is on-it...He'll come back to me with advice, guidance and treatment. Steve M.
