The hygienist is always prompt and I never have to wait beyond my appointment time. She is very good about telling me what she is going to do next and doesn’t let me drown in saliva. Dr. Sarauer is always pleasant and detailed about any concerns he has And let’s me decide which option I want to try with no pressure from him. It’s a good experience all around and I don’t dread going to the dentist.
Our family has happily been seeing Dr. Sarauer for years. He and his fantastic staff are highly professional, exceptionally kind, truly concerned about their patients, interested in their patients’ lives, and expertly educated. The latest technologies are used and patients feel comfortable. If a consultation with a specialist is necessary, the staff will gladly arrange it and ensure that they work closely with that staff. The doctor is always open to discussions about your dental health!
My family has been with Dr Sarauer and his staff for many years, excellent results and no issues. Helpful on a couple of emergencies when a daughter broke her front teeth on a Saturday evening, managed to see her on Sunday morning shortly after calling to assess and schedule a regular visit during the week.
My family and I are dental patients of Dr. Sarauer. He is the best! He is thorough, caring, answers any questions we have, explains every situation, procedures and the options! He has the latest equipment in his office. He and his dental technicians are knowledgeable and very skilled. They all provide a very positive dental experience!!
