Had an appointment a few days ago, there was literally no wait time, and the whole appointment was extremely thorough done step by step with the assistance of his wonderful staff. I was out of there in an hour. Dr. Ratzlaff really knows his stuff about glaucoma to a tee that when leaving, I felt very confident in his assessment. Highly recommend Dr. Ratzlaff and his office.
Was referred for an assessment and found everyone I interacted with to be cheerful, courteous and efficient. I was seen on time and was done in the amount of time forecast. The building is relatively new and clean. There is reserved parking within the complex. The only thing I would recommend tweaking is the voice mail reminders to make them feel a bit less Prussian in flavor.
