RecommendedHe's very good with children, he's easy to talk to and listens to what your concerns are. I have been taking my Daughter to him since she was 5. She still goes to him as a adult.
My wife and I appreciated his service since 1998 ,even when we were in VB last three years , we came to Knoxville for our yearly Exam- we just visited his office again yesterday , and we will do until he retire - he takes care of his patient and treat them as his friends !!!!! Excalant service
My son was very nervous about going to the eye doctor.... Dr.Hopper was great with him and put him at ease immediately....he was very patient and kind...definitely taking him back next year
One of the nicest doctors Ive ever met! He took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Ill never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
I've known Tim all my life growing up in church together. Can't find a bad thing to say about him. He is honest, kind and thoughtful.
