Was denied my appointment because I had to wait in line for so long to be checked in. Very disappointing. I had a babysitter arranged for this and took time off of work not to mention the fact that I have been waiting in pain for this appointment. I will be finding a provider with more courtesy for his patients.
Dr. Kesman needs improvement in listening and attention to detail. He informed me via letter that the MRI showed degenerative changes but no severe nerve root compression and did not see anything that would cause pain in my left anterior thigh. I replied, seeking suggestions, as I have been battling acute back pain and sciatica for 11 months and have tried physical therapy and injections, which only worsened the condition.
