Was denied my appointment because I had to wait in line for so long to be checked in. Very disappointing. I had a babysitter arranged for this and took time off of work not to mention the fact that I have been waiting in pain for this appointment. I will be finding a provider with more courtesy for his patients.
Dr. Kesman needs improvement in listening and attention to detail. He informed me via letter that the MRI showed degenerative changes but no severe nerve root compression and did not see anything that would cause pain in my left anterior thigh. I replied, seeking suggestions, as I have been battling acute back pain and sciatica for 11 months and have tried physical therapy and injections, which only worsened the condition. Just had a fusing in my neck. Dr Kessman removed a small one that was placed in about five years ago. I had a 4 hour surgery and I'm going on my third day after the surgery and no pain what so ever from start to finish. I would like to take this time to THANK YOU Dr Kessman and your great Surgical team for for a GREAT JOB DONE. Maŕk Towle.
