Very pleased with Dr. Deacon and the office staff. The staff is professional and caring. Dr. Deacon is caring and really take the time to talk to the parent and the child. He has seen all three of my children. We love him and his staff.
My daughters have been patients for 5 years now. Today we received horrible service that has been contrary to what I am accustomed to with pediatric care and his care. I arrived 3 mins before my appointment time due to an unforseen incident at my daughter's school at checkout. The front staff advised I would need to go through a new process that I was not familiar with and at co.plwtuon I was advised that only one of my daughter's would be seen instead of them both. Dr. Deacon and all the doctors at this facility are awesome! Dr. Deacon was our primary family doctor. His demeanor was and is awesome. He was such a blessing to my children. They received their care by him from the time they were infants until they turn 19 years old. My daughter even had a chance to shadow him in his practice because she was interested in nursing.
