We’ve had such a great experience with this pediatric office. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Deacon is wonderful with my kids. I appreciate how patient they are, how they listen to my concerns, and how they genuinely care about my children. I always leave feeling confident that my kids are in good hands. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with Dr. Deacon and the office staff. The staff is professional and caring. Dr. Deacon is caring and really take the time to talk to the parent and the child. He has seen all three of my children. We love him and his staff.
My daughters have been patients for 5 years now. Today we received horrible service that has been contrary to what I am accustomed to with pediatric care and his care. I arrived 3 mins before my appointment time due to an unforseen incident at my daughter's school at checkout. The front staff advised I would need to go through a new process that I was not familiar with and at co.plwtuon I was advised that only one of my daughter's would be seen instead of them both.
