Sandra was a horrible receptionist and cancel my appointment even though I have my discharge papers. I will submit a professional complaint against her. I have a tubal pregnancy and she did not want to help me. the discharge paperwork is good for a self referral. my sister works at IEHP and knows the book. taught her some things she didn't know. please if you work in the medical field love your job you have people's lives in your hands. I have to give this no stars but I have to pick one
