I will never recommend this doctors office to anyone. We loved dr stiener. She was all around wonderful. The office staff on the other hand is atroutious. If you ask a question, they will dance around it. If you need any information other than a scheduling an appointment they will give you a very hard time. In the end you won’t get the answers you are looking for. The office needs to look for new staff who has ediquet in customer service, and willingness to help their patients. Save the headache and look elsewhere.
The front office staff gets a huge thumbs down and that is putting it nicely.
We love Dr. Steiner! She always goes above and beyond for my child anytime I take him there. Her front office staff and nurse are always so welcoming and professional and always remembers my child by name. Dr. Steiner always makes sure you understand everything and always answers any questions I have. She doesn’t rush through the appointments and I’ve never had to wait long in their office. I recommend her to any and everyone!
